The purpose of my visit was to enjoy a peaceful retreat in the Italian Alps, and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The spacious rooms were modern and well-appointed, but I was particularly impressed by the outdoor swimming pool, which provided a serene environment for relaxation. The staff, especially Cecilia at the reception, was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. The stunning mountain views from the balcony added to the charm of the stay. My experience was delightful, and I am grateful for the warm hospitality and quality service provided by the hotel.
